Bioxpack Film Solutions S.L. is a company dedicated to the manufacture of plastic films, whose fundamental pillars are quality, environmental protection and the prevention of occupational hazards associated with its activity.
Our company continuously seeks to satisfy the needs and expectations of internal and external customers, as well as to manage preventive activities, control and reduce waste, noise levels and polluting emissions into the atmosphere.
The Quality Policy is focused on achieving continuous improvement in our own products and services in terms of costs, services, environmental practices, pollution prevention, occupational risk prevention and the effectiveness of the integrated system.
BIOXPACK is committed to complying with quality requirements, all applicable environmental and occupational risk legislation and regulations, and any other requirements it adopts or subscribes to on its own behalf.
Our Quality Objectives
- Promote energy efficiency and recycling through appropriate procedures.
- Encourage the progressive adaptation of equipment and machinery in matters of safety.
- Provide environmental information to customers and suppliers.
- Comply with the requirements of every client and with current legislation, and establish internal standards in areas where no regulation exists.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that all activities carried out within our facilities comply with applicable regulations.
- Provide appropriate training to all personnel so that work is performed with quality and efficiency. Raise awareness among employees to work safely and apply best practices.
- Plan and manage processes with the goal of achieving the highest levels of quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance not only with legal and regulatory requirements but also with the expectations of our customers.
- Conceive R&D&I as a strategic activity, reinforcing our commitment to introducing new solutions and continuous improvements in the products we manufacture.
- Apply the principle of environmental protection across all processes in order to effectively safeguard people, facilities, and the natural environment.
- Commit to complying with all legal, regulatory, and other requirements the organization subscribes to in the areas of Quality, Environment, and Occupational Risk Prevention.
- Provide the human and material resources necessary to ensure employee training in Quality, Environment, and Occupational Risk Prevention, maximizing motivation and commitment to quality in their work.
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of the specific characteristics of our customers—their activity, circumstances, limitations, and particular requirements—in order to deliver the most effective solutions to their needs.
- Comply with the requirements established by all stakeholders with whom we maintain relationships (customers, suppliers, etc.).
- Meet the continuous improvement objectives we set year after year, in order to consistently deliver the highest quality in our services. Our goal is constant progress, and for this it is essential to maintain our commitment to continuous improvement, based on risks, opportunities, and the action plans to address them.
Implementation & Review
Management principles and practices will be applied to fulfil these commitments and achieve demanding yet accessible objectives.
Each year, the General Management will review this policy, approve the environmental statement, review and set specific objectives in accordance with this policy, and determine the resources necessary to achieve them.
The General Management, as the highest representative of BIOXPACK, is committed to ensuring that the policy described in this document is implemented and communicated to all levels involved in the current review.
The BIOXPACK Policy is available to anyone who requests it.
